Special needs accommodations you might need to contact him about (and for which he already has answers for you) include:
- If you’re flying one direction but want to be on the bus the other way (IE flying to Dallas on Friday so you can go to work Thursday, but want to drive back Sunday)
- if you have already registered for the conference via YDA & have already payed your $60 registration fee.
- if you have already reserved your hotel room
- if you plan on flying / driving, but would like to participate in our bloc of hotel rooms
- if you have a friend that is “on the fence” about attending, and need someone to talk him or her into it (he can be pretty convincing)
This cannot be stressed enough: if you want to attend the Convention, but have a question or special need in order to make it happen, make sure you give us a call or send an email ASAP.
